Sigh IF ONLY I have opposable thumbs...
Anyhow, I hope I've not lost all my friends here. Seriously, humans can sometimes be such a pain....
Here are some recent (or maybe NOT so recent) things I've been up to. (You know who to blame!)
Firstly, the Person decided that instead of a dog, she actually much prefers to have a bunny at home,
So urmmm yeah ....
And the narcissistic woman decided she *needs* a bunny who worships her.
Someone calls the SPCA now!
Just kidding.
Obviously *I* was bribed heavily in that exercise.
After all the hard work, off we go to make the Person do some work herself!
We headed to the Dog Hash, a monthly event which brings together lots of dogs!
As some of you readers of this blog will know, I am NOT really, whatchumightcallit, a fan of dogs. But strangly, during the hash, most of the dogs are rather behaved. Though they are mostly off leash and gallivanting around.
Hmmmm.. maybe it's got something to do with.. urm.. crossing drains like these!
Or walking admist tall grass!
Or maybe it's because we found a huge swimming hole everybody could share in the middle of nowhere!
Then again, it could be because, most of the dogs were drunk...
Drunk dogs make for Happy Dog! Or is it Dirty dogs make for Happy Dog?!?
(blech!)
Brown Paws! Big smiles! All round!
Anyhow, we've gone for two hashes now, and so far, all is good! We all had a good time and instead of fighting, we've made some friends!
Ms Mollie and Millie.
The sweetest gal on this side of the earth.
The kee-yute-est!
The boss-iest!
Bossy's dad was punished for their bossiness!
(It's beer in that bowl. lotsa it!)
While the crowd looked on!
Below 16s were initiated into the tribe with softies.
(*We are legal!)
But the preferred mode of beer drinking in this party is still - straight out of the bowl, baby!
Impromptu dog dancing was the entertainment of the day!
Look! A lost Schnauzer in the midst of all the celebrations!
And Mr Braun, might have just found his BFF....
Awwww... Such bliss...
Buddy can't wait for the next hash, he says!

The doggy version of a Hash House Harriers run:)
Where have you guys been???? We have missed you SO much! I was very excited to get your comments today, so I rushed over here to see if you are all ok. You look fabulous as always! So good to have you back :)
Kisses,
Emma Rose
Yes, Karen, right on! :)
Emma, yes I know!!! Facebook stole my Person away!!! Facebook is *evil*!
Brilliant pictures - love the blog!
we wanted to try out hashing too!! but mummy was afraid i'll b too princessy and not b able to take it....
Hi Princess Kayla,
It can be a rather tough course if you are not used to the intensity, but rough it out once or twice, and you'll be JUST FINE! :)
If you interested, give it a shot and come by as a "guest". After that, your mummy can decide if she or you is up to it. There are dogs wee smaller than you (the cute maltese you saw in the blog - he was a guest too!) and he made it just fine! To be really honest, MOST likely your mummy - as mine was - will be the one complaining about achy muscles the next day. We are the ones with 4-wheel drive :))
Check http://www.doghash.com out if you are keen! :)
